You will then be escroted to our workshop venue at the beautiful Lotus Yoga Retreat where we will spend the day finding pleasure in learning to regulate emotions, cultivate a positive self image , harnessing the ability to take charge of your thinking and generate the energy and direction required for change. Engage in a pre retreat one on one assessment process including a metabollic analysis, wellbeing screen and bioenergetic assessment that will help you identify the specific goals rquired to support a renewed you. Learn the unique exercise protocols that have been proven to develop strength, fitness and power whilst impropving posture , recovery from injuries and improved performance..
